Can't apply more than two gifts cards…

Can't apply more than two gifts cards at a time, I feel I should be able to, otherwise it's all good, though the delivery feels really expensive tbh.

Where are the dark choco biscuits?

I love the chocolates and costumer services was very good.I just miss the butter/dark chocolate cookies.I remember those biscuits were normally displayed in single package, dark and choco-salt-caramel .Why we can not buy them anymore?Those biscuits were the best ever!

Lovely selection at all price levels

Lovely selection at all price levels. Gift bag available so great as a surprise gift to send someone. Great bargains in the sale. Best quality chocolate in quirky designs. Love it.

Great Chocolate but Website still has…

Great Chocolate but Website still has same flaw as two months ago- If you use the "Autofill" address as a guest , the website will not let you proceed to checkout.The helpline told me the problem fairly quickly have to enter the address m- But better is they GOT IT FIXED AFTER 2 Months !!

Absolutely awful online service

Absolutely awful online service. Allows you to add to the cart without actually telling you which items are out of stock. So you are confronted with a message during checkout that your order cannot be processed, with no clue which item is the problem. So you have to experiment by removing one at a time. £4.95 for delivery charge is also extortionate if you're spending over £20 and the order takes as long as 5 days to arrive.

This order was extremely slow

This order was extremely slow . Extremely clunky website. Also, I was unable to sign in with my Hotel Chocolat password...I sent a request for new password and did not get a reply to my email account. I tried again and I still do not get a response. I had to go ahead and order which is annoying as I will not have my purchase lodged against my account.

So difficult to order multiple items…

So difficult to order multiple items for multiple addresses. Was given false information yesterday and missed the deadline for standard Easter delivery, so had to pay extra for delivery in time for Easter + not sure how £4.95 standard and £5.95 next day can be justified for these items. Only continued with order as it was a work order. Not a great experience.

A faff when you want to choose items to…

A faff when you want to choose items to put together what someone would really want. As for filling in the address, it kept over-writing what I'd put in. It's a very substandard website for a luxury product.
